How does ice lipo work?
ICE LIPO or Coolsculpting – is Cryolipolysis – meaning Cryo (icy cold), with ‘lipolysis’ (the chemical breakdown
of fat). Naturally removing unwanted fatty deposits without endless diets and exercise.
The treatment works by sucking up your fatty areas using a protective membrane, under carefully controlled conditions. Fat cells are more vulnerable than the surrounding tissue to the effects of cold, and crystallize. Fat cells crystallize at warmer conditions than other cells that contain water. ICE LIPO treatments only break down the fat cells whilst sparing all the other tissues like the skin, muscles, and nerve fibres.
The crystallised fat cells within the treated area are then removed via the body’s natural metabolism processes for up to 10/12 weeks. Delighted clients see real results after 4 or 5 weeks but some see results after a week. The more water you drink the better the results.
